Alistair is the Owner and Director of Framil Ltd, supporting businesses to deliver public sector projects, manage frameworks, bid management, develop and maintain relationships and win new work. He has 35 years of experience in the build environment and was formally the Regional Business Director for the Central Midlands business at Wates.

Alistair’s specialism is in the public sector supporting customers with solutions to deliver projects including procurement options such as Scape, Pagabo, CCS, Procure 23, Alliance and Scape Venture and land led self-delivery options for residential sites. He has held a number of framework director / key account positions, managing the successful delivery of frameworks since 2009. He is a promoter of a one team approach and specialises in supporting the public sector to deliver their projects and outcomes on time and budget.

Alistair also provides project management services to the public sector and facilitates collaborative planning workshops on projects with project teams to achieve a shared goal.
